Can I return an item?

We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with the experience of shopping online with Biante and the products you receive from us. We believe that everything we send you should be in an excellent condition and a product that you will be proud to own.

However, in the unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee policy means we will gladly provide a full refund or a replacement if stock is available.

Our returns policy is a “voluntary” policy in addition to your regular consumer rights. We engage a level of trust and good faith with consumers with regards to using our returns policy fairly. If Biante Model Cars deem that our returns policy is being abused or misused in a way that isn’t in good faith for whatever reason then we reserve the right to refuse any returns under this policy.

Simply put, if you’re being honest and fair we will happily return the courtesy.    

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return a product purchased through the Biante website then please contact us and one of our customer service representatives will take you through the necessary steps required to return an item or claim a refund.

Biante must receive your return within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

You do not need to pay postage again for items that were originally received faulty, damaged or in error. If you are returning a product for change of mind or for a new order, you are responsible for both the return postage and the postage for the new order.

Any return sent back to be Biante must either use the shipping box and protective elements the product was originally shipped in or similar packaging and protective elements used.

How do I receive my refund?

Your customer service representative will arrange a refund based on your individual circumstances but generally your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase.

Can I receive a replacement item?

In many cases, Biante sell limited edition products so in some circumstances, a replacement item may not be available due to stock availability. If this is the case then you will be offered a full refund.

Shipping:

In most cases your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Western Australia on the very next business day.

We use Australia Post and TNT as our preferred shipping partners depending on the final destination. 

We do ship to the vast majority of worldwide locations. All shipping fees will be calculated during the checkout process. If you're final order is over $150.00 then we will send you your order free of any shipping charges (this offer is valid for Australian residents only).

You can rest assured knowing that all products sent from Biante are packaged with the upmost care and will be delivered to you safely and securely.
